Quality and Sustainability Forum 2014 will be held in Tallinn on the 12th of September

Estonian Green Building Council (GBC) is looking forward to bringing together people and businesses active in the fields of real estate and renewable energy, municipality and government institutions to focus on important topics:

  • How following a sustainable approach does not need to cost more and can even increase profitability
  • Improved internal environment for better life, health, increased productivity, lower communal and energy costs.
  • Reducing operational costs and increasing property value through sustainable certification – more and better tenants – a boon for investors and property owners.

  • Talk, discussion and expert panel group on the new building and planning law – sufficient time is set aside for up to 300 companies to bring in their comments, requests and thoughts. Estonian Green Building Council will note and send this information to the justice ministry and working group on the building and planning law so that they are able to process a broader representation of input from Estonian industry.
  • New Estonian LifeCycle process to improve the quality of projects, developments and buildings – a useful approach for developers, municipalities, architects, engineers, construction companies and investors/ property owners.
  • Greening’ Public procurement – in the view of industry what is working and what could be improved?
